Great durability

PVC banners, particularly our 510gsm semi-coated PVC banners, are super strong and durable making them perfect for long-term use. If your PVC banner is to be displayed in a windy location, our 300gsm mesh PVC banner is the best option for you.

PVC banners are full-colour printed to the highest quality on a soft and smooth surface to create a banner that is sure to attract attention.

Easy to install

Install your PVC banner in your chosen location with tie wraps threaded through each eyelet. Always start by securing the top corner of your banner and work along the length until you reach the adjacent corner. Doing this will prevent your banner from sagging between each eyelet.

Simple to clean

PVC advertising banners are easy to maintain. Simply use a cloth and soapy water to keep your banner looking fresh. Avoid using any solvent-based cleaning products as this could spoil the print of your PVC banner.

300gsm PVC Mesh Banner Printing

Mesh PVC banners offer 40% airflow making them the best option for windy locations. Mesh PVC printing is great for large-format banner advertising such as scaffolding, stage backdrops or event banners. B1 fire-rated, PVC mesh banner material is a durable option that can be used inside or out.

440gsm PVC Banner Printing

440gsm PVC banners are more suited to short-term promotions or festivals. They feature a super smooth surface that allows the design of your advertising PVC banner to pop. They can be used indoors and outdoors. However, they don’t offer quite as much durability as our 510gsm semi-coated PVC banners.

510gsm Semi–Coated PVC Banner Printing

Our most popular PVC banner material, our 510gsm PVC banners are super strong and durable. A soft texture and smooth surface enhance the impact of your PVC banner. Given its thickness and B1 fire rating, this is a great choice for lamp post advertising or banners for long-term use in or outdoors.

As standard we provide all PVC banners with eyelets. You can customise the finish of your banner with the two options below.

1. Trimmed to size with 50cm eyelets

Your PVC banner will be cut to size and fitted with eyelets positioned every 50cm around the edge of your banner. Trimmed to size is a better option if your banner isn’t going to be subject to windy conditions.

2. Hemmed with 50cm eyelets

Hemming your PVC banner is a sensible option if your advertising PVC banner will be displayed outdoors. Eyelets are inserted through the hemmed edge reducing the chance of your eyelets being ripped away from your banner in windy conditions.

Using your own artwork?

Here’s a few artwork checks that will help process your PVC banner order much faster:

• Images must be at least 50 dpi in resolution at print size
• Ensure all logos and text are in vector format
• Send over any CMYK colour references
• Vector file formats accepted: PDF, SVG, EPS, AI
• Image file formats accepted: PNG, JPG
