Standard Delivery Service
At Monster-Mesh, we will deliver your order using one of the following couriers:
- DPD
- DX
- APC
- UPS (typically for Ireland & debris netting deliveries)
We use your order and delivery location to choose a courier that will deliver your order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Mainland UK Delivery Time
Delivery to mainland UK takes 5 to 7 working days from payment. Here are some examples of when you can expect your order depending on your payment date and time.

Express Delivery Service
If you need your order quicker than our standard delivery times, enquire about our Express delivery service. This service is flexible to your requirements with cost dependent on location and speed of turnaround required.

All products except Hoardings and Fence Tarpaulins qualify for standard delivery pricing and offers. Here’s how delivery works for these products.
Hoarding Delivery Information
Due to the size & weight of Hoarding panels, we use a dedicated courier service. The cost of which is calculated by order size, weight and location. Hoarding panels are still typically delivered within 7 working days from payment.
Fence Tarpaulin Delivery Information
The cost to deliver fence tarpaulin is dependent on the number of units ordered. Below is a table of how much your fence tarpaulin delivery may cost.

Fence tarpaulins are typically delivered within 2-3 working days from payment.
Free Delivery over £250
Our free delivery offer is simple. Spend over £250 and you’ll get free delivery on your order. This offer doesn’t apply to:
- Non-mainland UK orders
- Orders for Hoardings or fence tarpaulins
These circumstances require dedicated delivery services that aren’t viable for this offer.
What happens with your delivery
Here’s what you can expect to happen from placing your order to receiving your items:
- Provide delivery details when placing your order
- Pay for your order via BACS or card
- Your order is then booked for delivery
- We’ll then inform you of your courier and when you can expect delivery
- Your item arrives, a photo will be taken or your signature may be required
- We’ll then send you a proof of delivery message

What happens if I’m not in?
If you’re not available to receive your order, a calling card will be left and one of the following actions will be taken:
- Your courier may attempt to deliver your order at least two more times
- Your order may be dropped at a local shop and we’ll let you know
- Your order may be returned to us and we’ll organise for it to be re-shipped
The action taken depends on your courier, driver and location. We’ll keep you up to date with what you can expect to happen.
What happens if my order is damaged or hasn’t been delivered?
Call 01709 432 001 or email info@monster-mesh.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll look into your delivery and rectify any issues.
Can I collect my order?
I’m a reseller, can you post directly to my customer?
