The Challenge
To Be Properties got in touch during the early stages of their Poplar Manor development in Cambridge. They needed site hoarding signage that would:
- Give the development a professional, branded presence
- Stand out to the public and visitors
- Work seamlessly across long, continuous fence runs, which can often cause layout and alignment issues
They also wanted a supplier who could handle artwork setup and deliver on a tight schedule.
The Solution
We supplied 33 PVC foam hoarding panels, fully printed and cut to fit the site perimeter. Our in-house team worked directly with To Be Properties to:
- Adjust artwork for accurate panel sizing and layout
- Maintain clean, consistent branding across the full hoarding run
- Use durable materials that hold up well outdoors
- Turn the job around quickly and with no fuss
It was a smooth, collaborative process – exactly what the client needed.
The Result
The hoarding signage made a strong impression.
“All the delivery and trades that come to site loved it. They all say it looks very nice and very professional.”
The end result? A tidy, well-branded perimeter that elevated the look of the whole site, both for To Be Properties and anyone passing by.
