Heras vehicle gates allow vehicles to enter and exit a construction site or event. Adding vehicle gate covers to your site provides privacy whilst advertising your brand or site information. Choice of weather-resistant materials

Heras vehicle gate covers are available in two high-quality materials:

1. 300gsm PVC Mesh

PVC mesh covers are a popular choice for vehicle gates. Made with thousands of tiny holes, PVC mesh offers 37% airflow helping prevent wind-loading. Full colour printed, hemmed and eyeleted, PVC mesh is a budget-friendly advertising option that offers great strength and durability.

2. 115gsm Polyester Airmesh

Polyester airmesh is a more premium option for your Heras vehicle gate covers. 54% air permeable, airmesh is a better option for windier conditions than PVC Mesh. It’s also made with reinforced edge strapping and steel eyelets to help prevent your vehicle gate covers from tearing in adverse weather conditions.

Printed using a dye sublimation process, airmesh offers high-visibility advertising that’s worth the investment should you have the budget. You can machine wash them too, allowing you to keep your vehicle gate covers looking fresher for longer! 

Designed to fit your needs

Heras vehicle gate covers are 205 cm wide by 178 cm tall as standard. If you need a custom sized solution, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. Heras vehicle gate covers are available with square or angled corners to provide a tailored fit for your Heras or temporary fencing. 

When ordering your Heras vehicle gate covers, specify whether they are left or right-hand gates. We can help adjust your design to accommodate any handles and locking mechanisms. 

Easy to install

Vehicle gate covers for construction are easy to install. Exactly the same way as Heras fence covers, you use tie wraps and eyelets. Start in one top corner and work your way along the length of your vehicle gate cover to make sure of a tight and secure fit.

Enjoy free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £250. For orders under £250, there is a £17.50 delivery fee.

Here’s a few artwork checks that will help process your order much faster:

1. Images must be at least 50 dpi in resolution at print size
2. Ensure all logos and text are in vector format
3. Send over any CMYK colour references
4. Vector file formats accepted: PDF, SVG, EPS, AI
